In this workshop you will experience the yogic techniques of:
Pran Ayam – energizing the body using breath and rhythm – for overall well-being (first hour)
Mantra – charging the nervous system with energetic incantations and sound formulas – to experience the bliss of inner silence (second hour)
Kundalini Dharana – activating the energy centers in the body – to awaken the juicy, unpredictable and fascinating part of ourselves that yearns to come out (third hour)
These practices will help you:
De-stress and make the mind steady and calm i.e. SOUND
Activate the respiratory, circulatory, immune as well as the digestive systems.
Massage the stomach, liver, spleen, heart and pancreas.
Help with depression, diabetes, heart problems, high blood pressure & cholesterol, asthma, memory enhancement & Parkinson’s disease

Who would enjoy this workshop?
Anyone simply curious, interested in quieting the mind, expanding their yoga, meditation practice, exploring the transformative power of sound is more than welcome. This workshop will introduce you to yogic / tantric sound practices. Further guided instruction on this path will be available in private sessions format.
Make yourself comfortable:
Bring water. Bring an open heart. Bring an open mind. Decompress. Breathe. Open up your voice. Please wear comfortable clothing.
People of all levels and abilities are welcome. No prior music training necessary. Experienced musicians will uncover more complex layers of the practice to deepen and expand their abilities.
It is a 3-hour workshop, but you can sign up for one, two or all three. Each stand alone session will have a 45 minute practice and a 15 minute break.
In each hour will dive in to one of these yogic topics :
Kundalini / Dharana
