Virtual Flow Yoga Thursday with Daniel

Virtual Vinyasa Flow (with option for warm or hot flow)

This class focuses on continual movements, from one pose to another and gives you an added cardiovascular benefit.

Linking breath with movement in a dynamic full-body flow builds strength, stamina, and flexibility. Attention to steady breathing makes this also a very meditative experience while exploring fun sequences that build up to challenge poses.

The routine practice of vinyasa flow yoga can increase muscle strength, endurance, and reduce levels of stress.

If you would like to burn more calories, heat up your room to a temperature between 80 degrees and 95 degrees.

Not recommended for beginners.

Beginner Low Impact Yoga Wednesday with Laurie

Join us for this virtual yoga class.

This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is slower paced than an all-levels class, and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses.This low impact class consists of gentle stretches and yoga poses to leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed and renewed. Poses can be modified to create a more challenging experience.

The focus will be on posture and stretching. It is recommended, but not required that you have these props available:

Mat
Blocks for support (if you have on hand or can use a small pillow in some cases)
Strap or belt
Blanket (for knees or sitting)

This class is perfect for beginners, seniors, or anyone recovering from an injury.

Virtual Chair Yoga

If you need or want to experience yoga without a lot of standing, kneeling or balancing on one leg, then this is the class for you!
This might be beneficial if you are older, have mobility challenges, or simply wish to be grounded in a chair for most of the class.
The focus is on coordinating breath and movements, and on applying stretches to enhance joint mobility and energetic flow in the body. Gentle twists and a few carefully set up strengthening poses round out the practice.
If this is the right class for you, grab a chair, take a seat, and join us for virtual class!

She teaches an all level, beginner friendly, gentle yoga. Yoga for every BODY.
A gentle practice incorporating flow and restorative yoga.

About Rachel:

Rachel Vaessler has been teaching Group Exercise classes for 12 years. She holds certifications in Yoga (200 RYT), Power Pilates (Core Mat I), Zumba, and has also taught Water Aerobics and Aerial Yoga. Rachel is also a Certified Health Coach, Reiki Master Teacher, and Women’s Empowerment Coach.
