This Aerial Yoga Class is for Beginners!!! All Levels Welcomed!
Let gravity work to pull and support you, reset your nervous system and cultivate internal serenity As we play, lean and deepen our asana practice. Aerial Yoga is based on the traditional yoga philosophies, postures , and breathing techniques while incorporating the aerial yoga hammock as an additional prop that allows students to access poses that may not otherwise be accessible or comfortable to practice in a traditional ground based flow.
Aerial yoga can help with mobility, ease tension in the spine and joints, build core & upper body strength, as well as help with flexibility and focus. This practice is suitable for everyone, all shapes sizes, beginners to the most advanced. Our goal is to build, grow, and expand. Join us and Invert your world, see things from a new perspective and connect to your inner child.
•Class is limited to six students,
•No aerial yoga experience required.
•Wear Yoga clothing, avoid zippers and jewelry
