According to a recent study conducted by the National Institute of Health, prediabetes is reversible, and with the right guidance you can do it, too. In this workshop, you will learn about the three necessary steps to take through hands-on exercises and activities. You will take home worksheets and recipes, as well as learn new knowledge and confidence to tackle your prediabetes.
