Yin yoga is a slow-paced, passive yoga practice that allows for deep stretching of the joints, connective tissues, and fascia of the body. Poses are held anywhere from 2-10 minutes during a yin practice.
Yin yoga is meditative in nature and offers space for deep personal reflection and connection.
